Hi all,

Stamp in question is perf 11½, first question is regarding the fiscal cancel, cant quite make it out just the colo on face but a blue oval, second is regarding the watermark, I dont have a catalogue so used stampworld but links for watermarks are broken, it looks like there maybe is a watermark under fluid but cant make it out if there is or maybe I'm just imagining it.

Thanks
