Paraguay Forgery Stamp

Hi guys
My expertise is Canada and Provincial stamps.

I have thousands of WW stamps, but never had time to organize them.
Just happen to pick up 5 of the stamps on the left below.
4 stamps looked normal, but one stood out.

Normal stamp on the left and forgery {?} on the right in each picture.
Both stamps are 11x11x11x11.1 and same frame size.

Need help identifying the right stamp as a forgery.

I'm no expert either, by any means, but I'm wondering what makes you think the stamp on the right is a forgery? Is it the poorer quality in the printing?
I think these are both from the 1956-58 issue of this stamp (denomination and colour being the prime reasons). My Scott's catalogue says that these were Litho'd. We both know from our Newfoundland stamps that lithography is prone to poor quality.
Anyway, sorry I have no insights, I was just curious.

These look like the'Arms type of 1946'Scott 498 & 499 from the 1957 printing...The litho printing quality was terrible.

You guys are probably right..Below is a Newfoundland re-engraved stamp, probably done fast because of more stamps needed..That is more than likely why my stamp pictured was so bad.
