There's one that's got me stumped: #14

The varieties are on the back:

#14 --- Arabic text is typographed.
#14a - Arabic text is lithographed
#14b - Arabic text is both techniques combined (& smaller)
I wonder if anyone can say how to tell the difference between typo- and litho- graphic printing.
