Scott 85 - Map Stamp - New Re-Entry

Got a new re-entry on 2 - Scott 85 Map Stamps.
If you look at the second picture it shows it as being number 7 on his list.





Now look at the double rope on this Scott 85 stamp, not recognized on re-entries.com


Also the slight doubling of the "9" and "8" of "1898".

Last but not least the doubling of the top/left land mass.



Ralph's website is not taking any emails or requests for information...When Ralph has finally decided to come back on line, I will forward the pictures and information for adding to his Map Stamp information.

I will have to check my Scott 86 Map stamps for the same re-entry and post if I find some.
