Here is one of my mint Scott 56 stamps.
Perforations were assigned 12x12
The right side of this stamps seems to be 11.9 on the RIGHT side of the stamp..All other sides are Perf. 12

Could be wrong or could be correct...You decide.

Robert

If there truly is a difference, then my initial thought is that 1 side has been reperfed. The best tool is the stamp itself, rather than a perf gauge.

That said, please post a hi-res scan of the stamp alone without any of the interfering stuff. As it is, there is little we can do to examine the stamp ourselves - especially to manipulate the image to place the side perfs next to each other, etc.

Know what you mean John.
My scanner is garbage and have not had time during Covid-19 to get one.
Best I did here was use my USB microscope....Still not sure..Guess just right it off as bad gauging by myself...I will just call it 12x12x12x12.

Thanks for your help anyways.

Robert

One last stab at the perf. 11.9
Here it is with another gauge showing it is not exactly perf.12
