Israel stamps are much like U.N .Vatican ,British Regionals stamps the market has crashed in these once popular areas of collecting . The major stamp auction houses seem to have tons of them in the bulk lots and any inventory being sold results in a low percentage of catalog .
My earlier post along the lines if floortarder's didn't seem to take. You should be able to pick up early material at auction - here's an example from a recent UK sale
Hy Cohen is a former professional Baseball player who's been selling Israel material for years. I'm not currently collecting in this area but I always got good service from him.
