Beware of this buyer ooal_us_bn0niumnd asking for personal information and email address. He bids a little and wins a few cheap
items and then sends perpetual emails asking for personal email address so he can make a payment through paypal directly bypassing
ebay. Claims to be an international buyer. He is more like an international scammer !! Beware.

I'd tell him what he is asking is for you to violate ebay's TOS, after he pays, block him. I'm always amazed at the nerve of some people.

When the new ebay rates combining final value fees and payment processing fees go into effect on August 12th, sellers will pay for payment processing even if the buyer manages to bypass it. Sellers not yet incarcerated in Managed Payments may have a different experience.
