I am hoping someone can direct me to a catalog for these stamps. I have many others that I'd like to inventory but have no clue where to start. This group is from 1993.

Cinderellas ( bogus overprint on stamps from USSR),not postage stamps.
Dnipropetrovsk never was a legal postal authority.

They are real stamps left over from the Soviet Government and sold way under face to a enterprising person who overprinted them with both real places and fansty places thru out the Soviet area . There is maybe 20 or 30 regions names printed on these old Soviet stamps .....they have no interest but to Cinderella collectors .
