For the NI 95 issue, Enschede is listed as a second printer. Enschede produced label sheets with the 1st Field but wanted to know of they also issued in sheets like DLR. I know about SG DX40

The contract passed from De La Rue to Cartor (ISP, to which Walsall also belongs). Enschedé did not print these stamps in sheets.
