Hi,

It seems there are 3 watermarks around on these stamps, two of them inverted or reverse, thus unintended.

One dealer claims, the stamps have been withdrawn, which I am doubtful about since they are available cheaply and abundantly.

Is there any information in Scott, Michel, Yvert, SG ? Stamps are from 2011
