The stamp below was postmarked "HINTON-DRINNAN ALBERTA".
I know that Drinnan was a village that was incorporated into Hinton in 1957, but does this postmark mean that there was a Hinton sub-post office in Drinnan or maybe that there was a postal office on a thoroughfare named Drinnan?
Any help appreciated.

Hi,

Hinton-Drinnan was a sub office of Hinton from 1958 to 1968. It was located at 383 Switzer and in 1968 became Postal Station A.
