Possibly a Phantasy, poor image defies ID of 3 letters at top.
Printed on wove wire paper.
Not seen before after 15 years collecting.
Cut cork postmark looks dodgy, (too perfect)

I've collected US local forgeries for decades. This bears no resemblance to any I have ever seen.

Maybe those are someone's initials at the top for some kind of creative (home made) wedding invitations? I have never seen one of these either, and I have some of the older primitive stamps from Uganda, etc.

It might also be a cutout of the printed area from a post card; one of the various versions of "place stamp here" that were used in the early days of the 20th century.
