Warning Aci-----Do Not Ship To A-C-I Without Tracking .

They are very active buyers who buy stamps and if you ship without tracking ,they claim never to receive their purchase .


This is the second claim with me ,on orders of less than $5.00 . Shipping was $1.00 so no tracking . First time just credited them back without ebay involued .

Who is ACI ? ----It is a ASIAN freight handling company with offices in California and Beaverton Oregon ,with huge numbers of purchases on ebay .

A search on the ebay community shows over 12 people expressing issues with them about loss untracked mail .


Notify them to file a claim with ebay for a refund , so I can file a claim with
the U.S. POSTMASTER in BEAVERTON OR.



Will keep you informed what happens .

Eventhough some may not like it since they may want stamps to be used and also due to the fact that it is not recognized by ebay, paypal for proof; whenever one can get a postal meter from a post office for postage, the payment receipt shows the postal code to where it was sent so that it's just for one's own reference that it was mailed out to there.
