I have a Russian stamp that appears to be Type A11, 70k brown and orange, with watermark 171. I can't locate this in the 2014 Scott Catalog Can anyone tell me the Scott # of this stamp?

Without a scan of the stamp & the back I can only give you a guess,... you may not be seeing a 171 water mark, instead it maybe showing signs of "Vertical Lozenges of varnish" which will give you a few options of Scott numbers if it is.
