FCP- stated right above in the unitrade catalogue.
Blackjag, is there anywhere in the catalogue that shows the definition for flourescent coated paper as being FCP? I could not find it.

EDIT: FCP is the type of tagging found on these issues FCP - tagging all over It is style 8 as shown on page 24 of the 2019 unitrade catalogue.
The catalogue lists the stamp properties in the following order: Printers name Tag type/ Paper manufacturers name
In this case the paper is a coated type and is nf or dead- no flourescence or dead on the face of stamp
Note: If a stamp has US type tagging than it will only be visible under shortwave UV and not the longwave UV that we normally use searching for canadian tagging
