Ol17 Canada Ten Cent Law Stamp

Here is a nice hand cancel on this OL17 law stamp....Dated (cancelled) March.18.1867, Which is 105 days before Canada became a Country.

Nice thing is it may be latest cancel date, or not.
Hope some one has a better LRD (Latest Recorded Date).

Also trying to figure out the name of the postmaster cancel.
I have looked everywhere..Cant find any information.

Looks like J. "Ullehen" or "Ullenhin"
Any help appreciated.

Robert this won't be a post office employee signature. It is a Ottawa Law Stamp. It is probably signed by a court official or other person involved in law practice. These were not used in post offices or on mail.
