I don't see anything at the bottom. I think there was a bit of slippage up at the top, but I would not consider it strong enough to call it a double transfer. It's a fairly common stamp, it might be fun to look at some additional examples to see whether they show similar signs.
what you have may be a copy with a layout line at the top that was not covered by the entry. many m an m stamps have the layout dots and lines (horizontal and vertical) show up and can appear at first glance to be doublingh of the frame lines of the design.
