My 2018 SG has this stamp at £45 but the real world price is much lower than that.

I'm a smidge confused. The only picture I see is Scott #82, Plate 22, which is valued at about US$40.00 in VF condition. I see at least one short perf, and a not-so-pretty multiple cancellation. I agree that selling value would be much less.
