Damaged and scissor cut on left side so value would be a few pennies on a good day.

FWIW, this stamp has the most varieties of probably any US stamp. There are different watermarks, perforations, coils, booklets, etc. AND, there are variations in the design having to do with the toga button, the rope connected to the toga button, the ribbons above the 2's, and variations in the 2's as well. Having said all that, this is a common type and Stallzer hit the bottom line right on the head.
