I found this in my aunts dresser, can someone ID it please?

I have Sc#2897 Type A2212 (sheet stamp)
Your coil would be nearby,
My coil was not identified in my text string.

I make it Sc#2913 Perf 9.8 vertically, 1995 at bottom Left?
Pronounced light blue shading in Flag
(I am an US Learner driver)

It is indeed a Scott 2913, the only coil stamp with water-activated gum (WAG) in the Flag Over Porch series.
