I don't collect US stamps ,but this one turned up in an album of W/W written on the back is "Broken E in Cents .There is definitely a break in the top bar of the E .any comments please?
Someone might be confused. Scott specialized does list a "Broken E plate flaw" but it's the letter E in States, not cents. Are you referring to the small white dash above the letter E ?
