Peter4522- you mentioned a "rare" variety with this design. Do you have an image or description of it?

Yes, it is the first stamp the OP showed, the one with the red overprint and the "1959 IX 13" date. The red overprint on the rare variety is missing. Go to the bottom of the page here: https://findyourstampsvalue.com/rar...arian-stamps
