Seems to have correct measurements, but there is also a tiny bit of cast-off on back lower left- hand center.

What are the correct measurements ? The important things are perforation, watermark etc

It is better to cut the corners off a cheap flat plate stamp and compare. Using a ruler tends to give the wrong result.
