I'm new and have many questions. As I understand the subject, guidelines were used to align a flat plate sheet so it could be cut or a guideline could be used to align the sheet for perforations. Now my question is can a stamp have perforations over a guideline. There's probably a simple answer but I guess I just don't get it.
