Odd Find...530 Or 535, Trimmed And/Or ?

Hi-

Has anyone seen anything like this? Found 3 in a recent auction purchase. Scott 530 or 535 trimmed to look like perf 11 vertical coil but what's with the extra row of perforations through the middle of them. Someone playing games with perf machine?

Fully perforated 530 with a perforation shift, then cut between the stamps. Here's a block currently running online:

Slap myself across the face. That makes sense and allowed someone to use the damaged stamps for postage. Cool...I'll keep these in a safe place :)
