I believe this to be Scott # 47 1876-1877 issue with small c in Correos, unless it is a forgery.

The question is: no different value surcharges are listed, so I assume that the large "3" is the cancel. Is my assumption correct?

Also, note the scratch across "Media" and misalignment of top line overprint between "Estampillas" and "de coreos".

I've seen them with similar cancels, but I don't believe I've ever seen a genuine overprint that shifts in the middle like that.
