UC23 is believed to be a favor item and is not listed, just mentioned, in the UPSS 20th century catalog of US postal stationery. Your item also appears to have been surcharged (type 19) with a rubber plate making it even more scarce. Like all collectibles condition, scarcity, and demand set the price. Please be advised that Scott sets relative prices but not true market value.

From what I've seen, true market value for the entire like yours is about 750-900 bucks.
