Hello to all Stamp Masters,

I recently got this set and wanted to know your opinion:
Does it look genuine? Does the black one look Ok? Because it seems to have spotting where ink is missing...
Also: What paper type do you think these are?

I got them because im Local to the Hudson Valley and their history of being used between Albany, NY and NYC fascinates me...
