A greeting to everybody.I ask for your help about the black mark in the central part of the stamp.The stamp seems new.I would like your opinion.Thank you.

The stamp is a common "modern" stamp (Scott 1016 from 1952), and the black marking is not a cancellation from that time period. It is likely a stain or maybe from a "marker monkey" (meaning manuscript pen or grease pencil or something).
