because im assuming the one measuring [10 1/2 by 10 1/2] is [11 by 11.] The ones I got [10 by 9 1/2 ]would be [10 1/2 by 10.] and the 2[ 9 1/2 by 9 1/2] would be the[ 10 by 10 ]stamp. Does that make sense? I matched up the perfs with the most accurate ones, however the stampstarter said that these were not always spot on....
When there has been doubt about gauging the perforations, which appears to be the case now, we've often found that posting a scan of the stamp in question on the perforation gauge showing both the side and top/bottom perforations as gauged will help us help you in the identification.
