Washington_5 Cent _ PF12 _ I Could Not Identify If It Is A Watermark.

Good morning everyone.

At first I considered that there is no watermark on the stamp.
But looking better I managed to identify some brand on the top left, but I can't tell if it's a watermark or not.
In Scott (2004) # 335, # 378 and # 371 are PF12.
There is no PF12 without a watermark on the Scott that I have.
Which one could be? Wmk190 or Wmk 191? or nothing?

I believe I see letter "P" as single Line Watermark. It is found the top left corner (looking at the photo provided) and the letter is reversed. This would make this stamp #378.
