Queensland 6p #60? Error Stamp?

Hello all Stamp Masters,

I got here a Queensland 6p stamp.
I assume it is #60.

But what interests me is the left side border line, which thins out in the middle, and looks like it is a break in the design.

Is this an error?

Not by any means in my opinion, just under inking
