And there colonies
Where used for the information plus the internet

Both have overprints:
(left picture)is faint and unknown to me
(Right picture) partially in red ink (spressi on top,
3 off to the left and Torino on the bottom) appears (as far as I can tell)
Possibly affecting the AD4 images
(With other factors to consider)
I understand these where:
-For the payment of a special tax for the authorized delivery
Of correspondence privately instead of through the post office

It's just differences from re-issue
As it's hard for the artist to get a exact match to the original
So between 1930-1948 a re-issue would have had some minor variations.
