Chinese stamps have always been a struggle with identifying and figuring out. I have searched Scott and tried various google searches but am stumped. Maybe these are revenues or perhaps listed elsewhere? They appear to be Chinese but I'm lost. Can anyone help identify or point me to where I'd locate these? Thanks in advance!
