I have been able to put names to most of my USA perfins thanks to this site:

But the ones in the picture I am in doubt or simply don't know. Any help appreciated.

I believe the M inside the U is University of Missouri. A couple of examples here:

The C U (top row, right) appears to me to be Columbia University. The Perfins Club notes it as pattern C353.

Edited to add that the I at top left seems to be a State of Illinois pattern, from one or another agency. I suspect the Univ. of Illinois.

Bottom row, left, CCO. Is Cook County, in which Chicago (postmark) is located.
