Going to need some help from other collectors out there to verify whether my observation on this Scott 1354 stamp is a new variety or not..???

I have a Scott 1354 with a "BLACK LINE" mark on one of the berries. It is 2 rows above the Scott 1354ix variety, which is Position 91, which would make mine a possible variety in Position 71.

If anyone can help verify it, I would appreciate it.

Are you sure its not part of the cancelation? Does your mint contain any? Will review mine this pm as I have a couple sheets. Is it first or second printing?
