Scott 746 "Sailing Vessel" Stamp - A New Variety

Hi collectors

I found what seems to be a new variety found on Scott 746 "Sailing Vessels" stamp.
This variety occurs only on Scott 746 on POSITION 13.

Found it on my block of 9 stamps and my block of 12 stamps...Can not find it on any of my other stamp blocks, which do not show Position 13..Have not checked my singles yet.

Below is the 744-747 sheet with position circled in red.


This is the variety on position 13, the extra line on the second sail from the left.

Can anyone come up with another position 13 stamp..??

I don't have an identifiable position 13s, but my Five Masted Schooner SC 745 singles do not have the extra line.

I just checked 7 other blocks and all my singles, but are not blocks or singles with Position 13...Hope others will check for me..

Checked 17 singles and found two! Here they are:

Let see if catalouges now will except this as a new variety or not.
