The only price I have seen listed is for a single stamp. Craig Selig offers it at $475. I also think that I saw one of these offered at an auction a few years ago, but I recall neither the auction nor the final bid price.
thanks for the response. I looked at Sellig inventory and did see a single listed at $475. He shows POR for a plate block. Also, the specimen I found is a lower right plate block plate number 32945 completely untagged.
