I found these three stamps in my Mexican collection. I am guessing they are revenues or other?

My limited knowledge
1. Revenue
1898-1899

Yours is 2c outremer (ultramarine) =outre mer over the seas

2. Revenue, not sure what type, is the top of 2 part revenue.
the bottom part missing, is called the "Talon"
Do I see RECIBOS handstamped in violet ? (Receipts)

Federal =Federal tax
began in the bienium 1874-1875
to collect taxes for the federal government
in addition to internal taxes or documentary
from 1883 printed with heel (talon)
Used until 1944

3. Spain Cinderella Pro Union Iberoamericana
Issued Sept 30th 1930 at Seville
Privately produced
The spanish post office agreed to sell a certain quantity for 3 days
(or so the story goes)
We see here mostly, the Lindbergh labels (with Patsy the cat)
