I have not been able to identify, in Scott, the bottom
2/3 of this page.
The top row (3rd down on page) appears to be Cinderella but the bottom 4 rows all say correos on them.

Thanks always for the great knowledge on this site.
Paul
PS: Sorry for the quality. I must be doing something wrong with Ifran.

Scott says:
Nine values commemorating the Guiqui-La Paz railroad were printed in 1915 but never issued. The original set is engraved. Crude, typographed forgeries exist.

@perf12: thanks for the link. I've bookmarked it. Bolivia is one of several Latin American countries I kept, when I downsized my former world wide collection a couple years ago (along with Mexico, one of my several specialties).

I've visited Bolivia for trekking and a little climbing in 2006, 2011, 2013. If one doesn't mind "roughing it" a bit, it's a really fascinating and worthwhile place to visit.

As a safety issue, downtown La Paz is 12,000'+ above sea level; the airport at El Alto is about 13,000'; and Lake Titicaca is 12,500'. If one has some cardiovascular issues, or doesn't exercise much, check with your doctor before traveling there.

The third row has four of six stamps issued by the Department of Beni for the Centennial of the Department as a deepartmental postal tax. Minimal value. The third one in is Scott RA2, c.v. $0.30. The fourth one is a school breakfast revenue listed in "The Revenue Stamps of Bolivia" by Hilchey and Akerman as LC12 issued sometime after 1945 (exact date unsure). There are additional values and perf varieties. As mentioned elsewhere, the Guaqui to La Paz set is mentioned but not valued by Scott. It is listed in the Cefilco specialized catalog (last edition 2008) as #s 120-28 with a value of $100 USD. Realistically they sell on ebay for around $5-10 and are readily available. Some are popular with thematic collectors with ships and trains and archeological. The litho crude ones have little value.
