Early Christmas Present - Maury France Catalog

Amazon just delivered my new Maury catalog and it's terrific. I've been using an old Yvert but the Maury blows it away. I probably won't use the Yvert again except for catalog #s. Very impressed.

I'm excited about the new Maury French Colonies due this spring.

Is Maury just France? Is there one for Italy?

France and French area only. I'm sure that, if you go back decades, Maury used to have a wider range.

You mention Italy, I use a 2020 Sassone for Italy and it is very nice as well.

Ok thanks I'll look for that. Right now I'm more into France but I am accumulating Italy.

FYI the one I have - 2020 Catalogo Specializzato - covers in detail Italy up to end of WWII, local issues, Italian Social Republic, all occupations, Trieste, Fiume, and all colonies. It also covers the Italian states but not in much detail - apparently there is an Antichi Stati catalogue for those (thinking of getting it if I'm brave enough to enter that minfield...). I mostly sell Italy & related, not collect, but since have lots of buyers from Europe it's been very handy.
