left is scott 581 10x10 (rotary press), right scott 595 11x11 (rotary press).
Both stamps are equal tall concerning the design. Because there's no one cent franklin flatplate with the perforation 10 it's not scott 552. As for the right stamp as mentioned equal tall as left so it can only be a rotary press stamp. The perforations of the right stamp is smaller as the left stamp so perforation 11.
The scott 595 have some value when it has the original gum. Around 50-100 USD.
The scott 581 has no value.
