this approach seems a little wonky (excuse my French)

apparently a recent sale result would influence the fee impact imposed?

also the selection of the standard being used to determine value is always a tough subject

as for graded items the value would be already be known from sale results?

so many years since selling on any scale, the family needs some help with our 'legacy'

With few exceptions the value of a stamp sent for certification will be current Scott catalog value for most material submitted to PF and PSE, APS and PSAG.
