Has anyone a source for replicating the size, color and weight of the Scott International albums? A second question, are there any issues with pre-punched paper processing through a paper feed on an ink jet printer?

try a local commercial printer or specialty paper supplier. this topic has I think come up before.

You can buy blank pages from Nola, but you need a large format printer to print International pages.

I have always used pre-punch paper from Office Depot with my HP printer. There's never been any paper jams or other issues.

This website sell pages printed with Bill Steiner's page layouts, all-blank pages, or "blank" pages with a border. One of the size options is Scott International size pages. The quality is very good and the page color match is not bad.

Paper with holes punched in it is a regular way to print on a computer printer or photocopy machine. No problem.
