This is a regular stamp probably from the center of a large sheet. This is explained in Stampsmarter, in the introduction of the Scott catalog and in this forum. Please search for "red line" here. It is not any more valuable
Printed in press-sheets of 400, then cut into panes of 100 for sale.
Yours shows two natural cut lines (along the printed lines) from being the upper right stamp in the lower left pane. Thus a 1-in-400 stamp, but straight-edge stamps are not generally sought by U.S. collectors, and in fact they are often shunned in preference to those perforated on 4 sides.
