Hello!

I am new to the stamp forum and you could say that I inherited some stamps from my uncle.

I Have been looking at this 80 Heller stamp and I am thinking it is a forgery because the original (1920) should have no preforations but mine has them.

Hi Joe,
Austrian stamps of this ilk are sometimes "privately perforated"
(Reasonably common)

Your first post.
Great scan
Great thread title........well done you!

Joe, NSK is another forum member who uses the same avatar as Tongaman65 does.

Those generic avatars can be confusing.
