Possibly an "Engravers Slip"




Have no idea, Constant Variety. Does any one have any proof sheets to verify? Blemish on Left Hand Side.

Trodent, the Scott 68 does look like a engravers slip.

Not sure about the one cent..Looks like an ink smudge..Ralph at re-entries.com does not show a variety of this sort...Might want to send it to Ralph to see what he thinks.
