Is it a K.Lissiuk Philatelic Co. album from the 1930's? If so what does that have to do with the stamp? Do you have a perf gauge, watermark fluid or access to Stamp Smarter and/or a Scott's catalog yet?

Completely different design. Note the "2"s in ovals at the bottom.
No need to watermark.

It appears to be 11 x 10.5 perf , just not helped by Scott cat. .

The album configuration into segments caught my interest at a Postmasters auction . For a $100 , I'm happy with it .

I collect stamp albums, but I had never heard of this one.

Purely a guess, but in the op pic, the stamp box above and left sure looks like it is numbered 361, making the filled box #363.
