These stamps were available in a booklet (MiNr. MH41) containing two panes (MiNr. H-Bl. 103 and 104).
The panes had ten stamps (MiNr. H-Bl. 103) and nine stamps and a label (MiNr. H-Bl. 104). These particular stamps were available in H-Bl. 104.

However, the panes were printed in sheets of 100 (10x10) stamps. These booklet sheets, or Markenheftchenbogen (MHB), were also available for purchase by collectors. As a result, it's common to find interesting combinations such as the one you have.

Yours is from MiNr. MHB 56.
