Hi All:
Hip Stamp and I are working though an issue where a significant number of my listings were duplicated and in a few instances triplicated. It became an issue in the last couple of weeks when one sale resulted in duplicate billings on three items and then again over the weekend when there were sales made on items that no longer existed. (I had to remove stamps from my private collection in order to complete the order). At any rate HS and I are working to resolve, and they have been great in this effort, however has anyone else run into this issue? The way that I list things makes it practically impossible for one stamp to be duplicate listed let alone dozens. It appears that it started when I moved items from my store to auction. I have now gone completely through all my listings one by one to make sure no more are duplicated. I removed over 40 duplicates. Still fairly new to HS but want to make sure if it is me that did something wrong I don't do it again.
Thanks for the feedback.
Paul

No duplicates in my listings (6800+), but I haven't moved items from fixed price to auction - sounds like that was where the error arose. Glad to hear they're helping out (and hopefully will fix their system bug too).

Now that you mention it, I did have a similar occurrence lately on a few listings when they went back from Auction to Store. I thought I had done something wrong and deleted the 2 or 3 duplicates.

Got to the bottom of this with Hip Stamp. The issue was me being unfamiliar with the site process. When you move an item from the store to auction and it does not sell on the auction it relists on the store site. As I was unfamiliar with this I was manually moving unsold items back to the store thus creating the problem.
All resolved now.
